RV Spaces
All sites at Woodfield accommodate large RV’s yet maintain plenty of natural vegetation and space between you and your next door neighbors. Sites can be reserved for a day or a week at a time. Modern infrastructure includes city sewer and high pressure city water, 30 & 50 amp electric and Wi-Fi internet directly to your site. Cable TV & direct high speed internet is available for extended stays through Sparklight. Visit the Residents page or inquire at the office for more details. All sites are back-in.
*All RV's must be self-contained with usable facilities. Woodfield does not have restrooms or showers on site.

Daily
$70/day + tax
Includes water, sewer and electric.
Weekly
$400/week + tax
Includes water, sewer and electric.
Reservation and Deposit Policy
To guarantee a reservation, a credit card deposit is charged when the reservation is made. Deposits are non-refundable. Balance for your stay is due upon check-in.

For a reservation from one to six days, a $70 deposit plus tax (equal to the first night).

For a reservation for 1 to 3 weeks, the deposit is $125 per week reserved, plus tax.

For a reservation for longer than 3 weeks, the deposit is $250.

RV Space Policies
Rates are subject to change at any time. Please note that rental rates are based on two people per space. Additional guests (2 maximum) will be charged $10.00 per person per night. In accordance with Woodfield RV's Rules & Regulations, guest limitations apply*
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will result in your balance being applied as a credit toward a future stay. No refunds will be given. Early departures are subject to a cancellation fee.
Holidays and Special Events
Holiday weekends or special events may require a minimum length of stay as well as an additional fee. Please inquire at the time the reservation is made.

Rules & Regulations
Primary guest must be 55 years of age or greater
RV's must be 10 years old or newer
No more than two pets are allowed
Check-In time is 12:00 p.m., Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
Additional trailers are not allowed to be parked on the RV Sites or within the Woodfield Community
Exceptions must be approved by management
